【摘要】 人才培养是高等学校的根本任务,构建长效教学监控机制是保证教学质量必不可少的前提。认真开展教学工作检查与评估,大力加强教学建设,不断深化教学改革,努力强化教学管理,切实加强质量监控,以促进整体教学质量的提高。

【Abstract】 Talents cultivation is the basic task of institutions of higher learning and building long-term monitoring mechanisms of teaching is indispensable to the guarantee of teaching quality.The examination and evaluation of teaching work should be seriously conducted;great efforts should be made to enhance teaching construction;teaching reform should be continuously deepened;teaching management should be strengthened with great efforts;quality monitoring should be conscientiously strengthened so as to promote the improvement of whole teaching quality.
