深化高等医学教育教学方法改革的思考

【摘要】 从研究教学方法和教学模式的关系,分析了教学方法的研究和改革的趋势,提出教师通过转变教育观念、理解专业培养目标、充分发挥能动作用作为教学方法改革的突破口。在高等医学教育教学方法改革过程中,教师应注重教学设计、激发学生参与意识、选择有效教学手段和进行教学效果的评价才能完成有效的教学方法改革。

【Abstract】 Based on the study of the relation between teaching methods and teaching patterns,this paper analyzes the reforming trend of teaching methods of higher medical education and suggests that the breakthroughs on the teaching methods should be on the base of the transformation of teachers’ educational ideas,the interpretation of the academic goals,and the domination of the teaching.Thus,the effective reform of teaching methods can not be fulfilled without the stresses of the proper teaching designs,the motivations of the students’ participating desires,the choices of effective teaching methods and the evaluations of the teaching results in the process of higher medical education reform.
