对教学管理全过程实施质量监控与评估的研究及实践
Research and experience of quality supervision and evaluation for whole process of teaching management
【摘要】 教学管理应涵盖各主要教学环节,教学质量监控与评估也应体现在对各主要教学环节管理的全过程,即对教师课前、课中、课后,学生学习状态与效果及教学管理人员对各主要教学环节的管理等,都应建立教学质量监控与评估指标体系。由单一课堂教学评估,逐步过渡到对教学管理全过程实施质量监控与评估,以不断提高教学质量,实现人才培养目标。
【Abstract】 Teaching management should contain all the key links of teaching.So quality supervision and evaluation for teaching should be embodied in the whole process of every key link.The index system of teaching quality supervision and evaluation should be constructed for preparation for class,teaching in class and tutoring after class,the students’ learning state and result,and the management by the teaching administrators,etc.The quality supervision and evaluation for the whole process of the teaching management instead of single classroom teaching evaluation can improve the teaching quality and achieve the goal of talents training.
