【摘要】 目的:将病例讨论的模式运用于正畸实验教学,探索口腔正畸实验教学模式的改革。方法:由带教老师选择正畸患者作为实习对象,组内每个学生均参与对该患者进行口腔正畸临床的系列检查,并完成上交一份正畸病例。每一实习大组内以2-3个学生为一单元准备ppt,带教老师负责组织病例讨论。结果:学生通过接触患者,参加临床实践,了解了正畸临床检查诊断的程序;学生积极地主动地查阅与病例相关的资料,为病例讨论做充分的准备;在病例讨论中学生鲜明地阐述各自的观点,互有启发与补充。结论:病例讨论的实验教学模式调动了学生学习的积极性,提高了学生的临床技能,达到了口腔正畸实验教学的目的与效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To apply the mode of case discussion in orthodontic experiment teaching and to explore the reform of orthodontic experiment teaching.Methods:the patients were chosen by the teacher as the object of orthodontic experiment teaching.The students in every group participate in a series of orthodontic clinical examinations and complete the case report for the patient.In one cell,2-3 students as a group prepare one ppt for the case discussion.The teacher is in charge of organizing the case discussion.Result:The students are familiar with the orthodontic clinical examination process through contact with patients and participating in clinic.The students actively consult the information relative with the patient for the case discussion.Conclusion:The mode of the case discussion mobilizes students’ enthusiasm and enhances their clinical ability,thus achieving the aim and the effect of orthodontics experimental teaching.更多还原
