【摘要】 探讨在行业经济发展的新形势下,"药学类和工商管理双专业一体化"人才培养模式的构成和意义。从人才培养的目标、制度、过程及评价等方面论述此人才培养模式。该模式以培养既懂药学又懂管理的药学类复合型工程技术人才为目标,既保持工科类院校的工程技术特色,又补充和加强工商管理知识的教学,将两者有机结合,实现了适合行业经济发展需求的创新型人才的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the composition and purport of training modes for cultivating pharmacology and business administration talents in one system of the two-specialty guided by pharmaceutical industry and discusses the object,the system,the process and the evaluation,etc.The modes keep the characteristics of the engineering and the technique in the engineering course academies,and reinforce the knowledge of the business administration,and unite them as an organic whole,to train the compound talents of the engineering and the technique,which both understanding the pharmacology and the administration,and the innovative talents who adapt to the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.更多还原
