【摘要】 目的:通过对助产士核心能力进行结构分析,更加科学合理地设计助产专业的实训课程。方法:应用《心理学》有关能力的内涵、能力的外延、能力层次结构等理论,分析助产士核心能力的结构层次。结果:通过对助产士核心能力的结构分析及层次分解,进行助产实训课程的教学设计,总结出实训课程项目模块与具体内容。结论:助产专业学生通过学习掌握必备的妇产科基本理论和接生技能后,才能逐步内化形成助产士从事临床工作的核心能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To better design the practice program for midwifery,using the structural analysis of midwife core competency.Method: Analyzing the structural level of midwife core competence,using the psychology, from which the competency of connotation,extension,level and the structure,etc.,comes.Results: Through the decomposition and structure analysis of the midwife core competency,the author designs the teaching protocols of the practice course and concludes the training course project module and concrete contents.Conclusions: The students must grasp the necessary obstetrics knowledge and the accouchement skills so as to gradually acquire the clinical core competency of a midwife.更多还原
