超声条件下的苯甲醛Cannizzaro反应

【摘要】 在超声波条件下,对苯甲醛Cannizzaro反应中影响产率的诸因素进行了考察,经正交实验确定最佳条件:在30.0℃,氢氧化钠的浓度为55.0%,碱与醛的物质的量之比为2.25,超声波功率为300 W时,反应20.0 min.该研究缩短了反应时间,由经典实验的24 h以上减小到20 min.苯甲酸和苯甲醇的总产率为84.35%.

【Abstract】 The Cannizzaro reaction of benzaldehyde requires long reaction time with low production rate.This reaction carried out under ultrasonic irradiation has not been reported.The optimum conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment design: reaction temperature,30.0 ℃,concentration of sodium hydroxide,55.0 %,ratio of formaldehyde to sodium hydroxide,2.25.With ultrasonic power of 300 W,the reaction was completed 20.0 min,which compares favorably with 24 h required for the classical method.Moreover,a higher yields of benzyl alcohol and benzoic acid are obtained.
