【摘要】 目的考察复方灵芝颗粒的白术挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的制备与表征。方法采用水溶液搅拌法和研磨法制备,物性鉴定采用红外、热分析、气相、薄层等多种光谱学和色谱学方法。结果2种方法均能得到合格包合物,水溶性和稳定性大大提高,水溶液搅拌法包合物中挥发油含量较高,达到9.47%。结论环糊精包合技术提高了有效组分白术油在颗粒剂中的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation and investigate the quality of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods Aqueous solution-stirring and mechanical milling were used for the manufacturing,and the physical properties of the inclusion were identified by IR,TA,and TLC.Results The inclusion could be prepared by either of the 2 methods mentioned above.The content of the essential oil of Atractylodes macrocephala of the inclusion complex by aqueous solution stirring was 9.47%.Conclusion The β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology may be used to improve the stability of the volatile oil.更多还原
