【摘要】 目的探讨罗达灵通胶囊对PCNA(增殖细胞核抗原,proliferating cell nuclear antigen)与b-FGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,base fibroblast growth factor)在前列腺增生大鼠中表达的影响及其相关性。方法采用去势大鼠注射丙酸睾酮的方法复制前列腺增生模型,采用灌胃的方式给予大鼠罗达灵通胶囊高、低剂量及等体积去离子水,连续15 d后处死,观察前列腺组织形态,并通过免疫组化的方法检测PCNA和b-FGF的表达情况,进行相关性分析。结果罗达灵通胶囊对大鼠的b-FGF表达水平与PCNA指数有影响,且两者之间存在相关性(r=0.878 1,P<0.005)。结论b-FGF和PCNA在前列腺增生的过程中均有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of Luodalingtong capsules on PCNA and proliferating cell nuclear antigen base fibroblast growth factor in benign prostate hyperplasia rats and its correlation.Methods Wistar rats were demasculinized and then injected testosterone to obtain the benign prostate hyperplasia model.After 15 days of continuous intragastric administration,the rats were sacrificed.PCNA and b-FGF expression levels were investigated,and dealt by analysis of correlation.Results The capsules had effect on PCNA and b-FGF in rats and significant correlation was confirmed between the expression of PCNA and b-FGF.Conclusion PCNA and b-FGF might both play very important roles in the process of benign prostate hyperplasia.更多还原
