【摘要】 以山东农村女性为例的研究显示,构建我国农村女性终身学习的宏观条件尚显不足,微观条件中客观条件比较欠缺,而农村女性的主观学习意愿强烈。构建我国农村女性终身学习体系需要在法律支持、组织支撑、财政支持、认证支持、资源保障等方面采取切实有力的措施,在具体运作方式上应突出重点,加强针对性。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the study on rural women in Shandong Province,this paper demonstrates that the macro conditions for constructing Chinese rural women’s lifelong learning are far from sufficient.Though Chinese rural women are keen on learning,the objective conditions at micro-level are insufficient.In order to establish the system of Chinese rural women’s lifelong learning,efficient measures should be taken in the following aspects: the law supporting,the organization sustaining,finance and certifications supporting,and guarantee of the resources.During the course of concrete operation,some key aspects should be highlighted and targeted.更多还原
