【摘要】 目的:为了解余杭区居民的健康知识和行为危险因素现状,为完善健康促进策略,制定全民健康促进计划提供依据。方法:采用分阶段随机抽样的方法,对余杭区11 131名15~64岁居民进行了健康知识、相关行为、健康状况与卫生服务等内容的问卷调查。结果:余杭区居民健康知识知晓率68.7%,健康相关行为形成率51.7%。65.9%的人认为自己健康状况很好,近一年内因病缺课或缺勤、因病不能干活的占13.7%。最近一年用于医疗保健的花费在1 000元以下的占80%以上。57.3%的调查对象对医院或卫生服务站的服务满意。76.1%的人最近一年内没有听过健康讲座,79.7%的人最近一年内没有进行过健康咨询。结论:余杭区居民的健康知识知晓率水平和健康行为形成率水平均不高,需要通过全民健康促进行动来普及健康知识,建立健康科学的生活方式,从而达到提高余杭区居民健康水平的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the status quo of residents’ health knowledge and the level of health-related behavior,to improve the strategies of health promotion,and to develop the plan of health promotion.Methods By multi-stage random sampling,11,131 persons were sampled from Yuhang residents aged 15 to 64.The survey on health knowledge,health-related behavior,health status,hygienic service and so on was carried out through questionnaire.Results Awareness rate of health knowledge in Yuhang is 68.7%,and the possessing rate of health behaviors is 51.7%.The 66.6% of the investigated objects consider themselves in good health in nearly one year.The rate of illness-induced absence is 13.7%.In the past year above 80% of the surveyed objects spend less than 1000 Yuan in health care.The satisfaction rate of the service provided by hospital or hygienic service station is 57.3%.76.1% of people have not attended the lecture of health education,and 79.7% of persons have not obtained the service of health consultation for nearly one year.Conclusion The awareness rate of health knowledge and the possessing rate of health behaviors in Yuhang are not high,so we should improve health level,popularize health knowledge,establish healthy scientific life style by the national action of health promotion.更多还原
