静电场处理酵母菌生物学效应的初步研究
The Initial Research of Biological Effects Treated to Saccharomyces cerevisia with Static Electricity Field
【摘要】 用静电场(0、20、40、60、80、100、120s)处理的酵母菌经培养后,取一部分用同样的方法继续处理,连续进行了4轮,然后测定所有的后代,研究处理后的生物学效应。结果显示,在静电场中处理80s内,可促进酵母细胞的生长和繁殖,细胞内可溶性糖、蛋白质、核酸等的含量也有不同程度地增加;若处理时间超过100s,则可抑制细胞的繁殖。在用同样的方法多轮处理后,酵母细胞逐渐适应了这种环境。
【Abstract】 When the yeast treated by the static electricity field (0、20、40、60、80、100、120s) have cultured, take a part to continue to handle with the same method, carried on 4 rounds in a row, then measured all posterities, probed the biological effects treated by the static electricity field. It is showed that inside 80 seconds in the static electricity field, can promote the growth and reproduction of yeast cell, the content of soluble sugar and protein and nucleic acid etc also has different degree increment. As the handling time over 100 seconds, the yeast cell breed were inhibited. After using a same method to for many rounds handle, the yeast cell adapts the environment changes gradually.
