中国辣椒主产区重茬土壤病原真菌的分布

【摘要】 为了了解中国辣椒主产区重茬土壤病原真菌的种类及分布,从山西、河北、山东、广西、四川和海南6省11块辣椒重茬土壤中分离获得了393株真菌,经菌丝形态观察和分子生物学鉴定,将其归为19属38种,其中镰刀菌(33.3%)、被孢霉(27.5%)和疫霉(18.7%)为中国辣椒重茬土壤的优势病原真菌,但其分布存在一定的地域差异,山西、河北地区以镰刀菌、疫霉、被孢霉为主,而山东则以镰刀菌和疫霉为主,广西为镰刀菌和长蠕孢,四川和海南则为疫霉和轮枝菌。这些结果为有针对性地防治辣椒重茬病害有重要指导意义。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the species and distribution of pathogenic fungi in the main replant soil in dominant pepper production areas in China. Three hundred and ninety-three fungal strains were isolated from 11 replant soil samples of 6 main pepper production areas in China,including Shanxi,Hebei,Shandong,Guangxi,Sichuan and Hainan. These fungi have been identified belonging to 38 species of 19 generas,using the method of microscopical observation on hyphal morphology and rDNA-ITS analysis. Among them,the dominant species were Fusarium spp. (33.3%),Mortierella spp. (27.5%) and Phytophthora spp. (18.7%),which unevenly distributed in the different areas of China,the dominant species in Shanxi and Hebei were Fusarium spp.,Mortierella spp. and Phytophthora spp.,but Fusarium spp. and Phytophthora spp. in Shandong; Fusarium spp. and Helminthosporium spp. in Guangxi; Phytophthora spp. and Verticillium spp. in Sichuan and Hainan. These results are helpful for farmers to make a decision in control of the specific pepper replant diseases.
