【摘要】 为满足国家禽流感参考实验室对中国禽流感毒株信息计算机化管理的需要,通过系统的需求分析,建立了毒株信息数据标准和数据结构模型,在此基础上设计出系统结构,开发出中国禽流感病毒毒株信息管理系统。系统的主要功能包括:信息录入、信息维护、信息查询及统计分析、报表系统以及系统安全等。该系统的开发和应用,实现了参考实验对信息计算机化管理的要求,为中国禽流感毒株信息的管理和利用提供了有效工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet to the needs of computerized management of the information on Chinese avian influenza viruses in national avian influenza reference laboratory, an information management system has been developed following the model of client/server structure. In the process, a data standard and structure model of avian influenza virus information were built, based on which, the structure of the system was designed. The main functions of the system include data entry, data query, data analysis, data safety and report system. The system provides of a convenient tool for computerized management, communication and using of the information on avian influenza in China.更多还原
