山核桃油对小鼠血清与脑组织的抗氧化作用
Effects of Carya Cathayensis Sarg Oils Antioxidation Function on Blood and Brain of Mice
【摘要】 将50只小鼠分为正常组、模型组、阳性药对照组、山核桃油低剂量组、山核桃油高剂量组,每组分别进行D-半乳糖皮下注射并用等量的蒸馏水、人参造甙和山核桃油进行灌胃,灌胃42d后,测量血清T-SOD、MDA含量以及脑组织MAO含量变化。结果表明:山核桃油低剂量组9ml/(kg·d)与高剂量组9ml/(kg·d)都有提高小鼠血清T-SOD含量,降低小鼠血清MDA和脑组织MAO的作用,且高剂量组的作用极显著。认为山核桃油具有抗氧化作用,有助于身体健康。
【Abstract】 Seed of Carya Cathayensis Sarg(CCS) contains abundant oil, particularly, unsaturated fatty acids. CCS oil is an excellent nutrition and healthy food, however, its mechanims and functions to human health are poorly understood. Here we performed pre-clinical trails and investigated the effect of CCS oil on the total antioxidation capacity of mouse serum. In our experiment, 50 male mice were divided into in 5 groups. The three groups were either negative, or model control, or positive control (ginseng saponins), respectively. Two remaining groups were orally fed with low and high dosages of CCS oil ((9ml/(kg·d) and (33ml/(kg·d)), respectively. All groups were injected D-galactose through hypodermic except the negative control ones which were only treated with equals amount of distilled water.. The superoxide dismutase (SOD), maleic dialdehyde(MDA) and monoamine oxidase(MAO) were analysed with blood sample and brain tissue 42 days post treatment,. The results showed that the activity of SOD enzyme was increased in theCCS oil groups, while MDA and MAO content was decreased in the CCS oil groups compared with that of other groups with significance observed in the group fed with high dose of CCS oil. Thus, our result indicated that theCCS oil has the ability of antioxidation and is useful to human health.
