【摘要】 水利工程建设对水生态环境的影响是复杂的、广泛的。在明确水生态环境内涵的基础上,利用水利、环境、经济及系统科学等多学科知识深入系统的分析了水利工程建设对水生态环境系统的影响,并提出了核查表法、类比法和专家调查法3种影响识别方法,通过综合应用这些方法建立了水利工程建设水生态环境系统环境影响识别体系,为进一步研究奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Influences of water project construction on water environment are complex and extensive.Firstly,water environment is defined,then its influences in both natural and social aspects are expounded based on water resources science,environmental ecology,economics and system engineering.At last questionnaire method,analogy method and expert investigation method are introduced to identify these influences.According to the comprehensive application of these methods,the water environment impact identification system is established,and it can be used as a foundation for further research.更多还原
