基于农村电网多余电能新型储能调速系统的研究
Research on a New Type Power-storage Velocity-Modulation System Based on Surplus Power of Rural Electric Network
【摘要】 农村电网受用电不连续性的影响造成了极大的浪费;锂电池由于具备体积小、能量密度高、单体电压高、自放电率低、内阻小等特点而广泛地用在现代储能系统当中;基于TMS320F2407A电池智能管理系统具有过压/欠压/过流/短路等基本保护功能,在此基础上加入了上均衡电路、下限自锁电路、电量显示电路;锂电池/超级电容储能系统可有效地储存农村电网低峰时期多余的电能,又可吸收调速系统制动时回馈的能量,极大地提高了储能的利用率;直流母线电压的闭环控制保证了电机供电的稳定性,电流跟踪实验与转速闭环实验结果说明调速系统性能良好。
【Abstract】 Rural electric network has done much waste because of its discontinuous use.Lithium battery has merits of small size,high power density,high voltage,low self-discharge,and low resistance,so it is widely used in modern power storage system.Intelligent power control system based on TMS320F2407A has the basic function of over-voltage,low-voltage,and over-current and short-circuits protection.Through appending upper equalizing circuit,low limit locked-circuit and voltage display circuit on this system the Lithium battery/super capacitor system can not only store surplus power from rural electric network during low peak,but also absorb feed-back power during velocity modulation system braking,which can improve the efficiency of power storage system greatly.Closed loop control of DC-bus voltage can guarantee stability of motor power supply,and the current tracking and speed closed loop experiment results prove the velocity modulation system has high performance.
