玉米秸秆同步糖化发酵生产乳酸的研究

【摘要】 通过三菌混合同步糖化发酵玉米秸秆生产乳酸。绿色木霉和黄孢原毛平革菌糖化玉米秸秆以固态进行发酵,接入米根霉进行液态发酵。研究发现:绿色木霉在单独降解玉米秸秆33h后接入黄孢原毛平革菌,共同降解玉米秸秆15h后接入产生乳酸菌的米根霉,再共同发酵24h后乳酸产量达到最高,最佳温度为34℃,最佳调控pH值的方式为每24h添加1.2%的CaCO3乳酸产量达到了23.2g/L。

【Abstract】 The article researched on simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of corn stalk to lactic acid.Trichoderma viride and Phanerochaete Chrysosporium saccharified corn stalk in solid medium,fermented in liquid medium when Rhizopus oryzae was inoculated.The research discovered the production of lactic acid increased to the most in the following technique:Phanerochaete chrysosporium was inoculated when Trichoderma viride hydrolyzed solely corn stalk for 33h,then when Trichoderma viride and Phanerochaete Chrysosporium hydrolyzed simultatiously for 15h,Rhizopus oryzae was added,three strains fermented for 24h again,the optimum temperature was 34℃,1.2% CaCO3 was added each 24h,the yield achieved to 23.2g/L.
