Monte Carlo对大米为来源的镉膳食暴露风险评估的初步研究

【摘要】 应用Monte Carlo模拟考察以大米为来源的镉膳食暴露的健康风险。采用调查问卷、实际抽样检测及概率评估方法,使用@Risk风险分析软件对不同淘米次数中镉膳食暴露进行风险评估。评估结果显示:经淘洗1次及2次的大米其镉的膳食暴露浓度对普通人群无健康风险,而对敏感性人群产生健康风险的概率分别为0.09%和0.06%。应用Monte Carlo模拟实现了对以大米为来源镉膳食暴露风险评估的初步研究,为其他的膳食暴露风险评估提供参考。

【Abstract】 The paper investigated the health risk of dietary cadmium exposure in rice by using Monte Carlo simulation.The study adopt questionnaire,sampling detect and probabilistic assessment method with using @Risk analysis software to assess the health risk of dietary cadmium exponsure in rice of different washing times.The evaluation result showed that there was no health risk for the mass with the rice washing once and twice,but the probabilty ratio of health risk for susceptible individuals were 0.09% and 0.06% respectively.The method of Monte Carlo simulation could implement the primary study of health risk assessment of dietary cadmium exposure in rice,and it will provide the reference for other health risk assessment of dietary exposure.
