【Abstract】 The resource distribution and chemical structure of resveratrol were introduced in this paper, as well as its physiological and pharmacolo-gical activities and health functions. Its application in food, cosmetic and medicine were analyzed also. To promote clinic application and R&D of resveratrol, it would be meaningful to exploit botanic resources with resveratrol and developed techniques of separation and purification.更多还原
