【摘要】 目的:探讨无抽搐电休克(MECT)对精神分裂症患者血清IL-6水平的影响及与精神症状变化的关系。方法:选择符合CCMD-3标准及MECT治疗条件的住院患者31例作为研究组,分别于治疗前、治疗第4次、第8次后测定血清IL-6水平,并用PANSS量表评估精神症状。选择20例健康志愿者作为对照组。结果:IL-6水平在各个时段研究组均比对照组高(t=22.229,23.935,23.085,P均<0.05),研究组在各个时段IL-6值的变化无区别(F=1.458,P=0.238),研究组在各个时段的IL-6值和PANSS评分无相关性(总分)(r=0.257,0.216,0.268,P均>0.05),随着治疗的进展PANSS评分明显下降(P均<0.05)。结论:MECT对精神分裂症患者血清IL-6水平无影响,IL-6水平与精神症状变化无关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of modified electro convulsive therapy(MECT) on serum IL-6 and its relationship to changes of psychiatric symptoms in schizophrenics.Methods:31 in patients meeting the CCMD-3 criteria and MECT treatment conditions were selected as research group and 20 healthy volunteers as control group,and serum IL-6 levels were measured and psychiatric symptoms assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) before treatment and after the 4thand 8thtreatment.Results:IL-6 levels of each chron-section were higer in the research than in the control group(all P<0.05);in the research group,there were no differences in each chron-section changes(P=0.238),each chron-section values not related to the scores of PANSS(all P>0.05) and the PANSS scores significantly lowered along with therapeutic advancement.Conclusion:The MECT has no effects on serum IL-6 levels which aren’t reated to the changes of psychiatric symptoms in schizophrenics.更多还原
