【摘要】 目的:探讨婚姻状况对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL)、神经功能缺损量表(NFDS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对172例脑卒中患者进行评定。结果:(1)已婚脑卒中患者NFDS、ADL和SDS等量表评分低于未婚和离丧者(P<0.05),而QOL评分高于未婚和离丧者(P<0.05);(2)已婚脑卒中患者QOL各领域评分高于未婚和离丧者(P<0.05)。结论:婚姻状况直接影响脑卒中患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the marital status how to influence on the quality of life in stroke patients.Methods:172 stroke patients were assessed by World Health Organization of Life 100 Questions(WHOQOL) and Neurological Function Defect Scale(NFDS) and Activity Daily Life(ADL) and Self Depression Scale(SDS).Results: 1).The scores of NFDS and ADL and SDS with married stroke patients were lower than those of unmarried.The score of QOL with married stroke patients was higher than that of unmarried.2).The score of each domain of QOL with married stroke patients was higher than that of unmarried.Conclusions: The marital status have negatively influenced on the quality of life in stroke patients.更多还原
