【摘要】 目的:评价利培酮口腔崩解片治疗痴呆行为和精神症状(BPSD)的疗效和安全性。方法:65例痴呆伴BPSD患者随机分为利培酮口腔崩解片组33例,利培酮口服液组32例,共治疗8周,采用Cohen-Mansfield(CMAI)激越问卷和痴呆病理行为量表(BEHAVE-AD)评定临床疗效,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:利培酮口腔崩解片组显效率为51.51%,有效率为81.81%,利培酮口服液组显效率为50%,有效率为84.37%,两组间比较差异无显著性。治疗前后CMAI和BEHAVE-AD评分比较两组均有显著性差异。两组不良反应TESS评分比较无显著性差异。结论:利培酮口腔崩解片和利培酮口服液治疗BPSD均有较好疗效,两者在总体疗效、有效剂量、起效时间及不良反应方面均无显著性差异,而利培酮口腔崩解片价格便宜,携带方便,更具临床优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and security of risperidone orally disintegrating tablets in the treatment of BPSD. Methods:65 patients with BPSD were randomly divided into treating group(n=33) with risperidone orally disintegrating tablets and controlled group(n=32) with risperidone oral solution.CMAI,BEHAVE-AD and TESS were adopted to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and after 1、2、4、6、8 weeks of the treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in the efficacy、effectual dose、 effectual time and side effects between two groups.Conclusions: Risperidone orally disintegrating tablets is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of BPSD,and is more economical and convenient than risperidone oral solution.更多还原
