【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对显进以上出院的精神分裂症患者的疗效巩固及改善分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法:77例符合CCMD-3分裂症诊断标准的显进以上出院的患者分为研究组和对照组,采用自拟的调查表分析评定疗效巩固及社会功能情况。结果:研究组病人复诊情况、用药情况、病情反复情况、社会功能情况与对照组差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预对出院后精神分裂症患者定期复诊、保证患者足月足疗程用药、预防病情反复有帮助,对其社会功能的改善有十分积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of nursing intervention on strengthening curative effects and improving the social function. Methods:A total of 77 patients met the criteria of CCMD-3 for schizophrenia all the patients were recovered or significantly improved after leaving hospital.They were divided into two groups which were the study group with intervention and control grup without intrvention.Thes tatus of the curative effects and the social function were assessed and analysed using Self-designed Questionaire.Results: There were significant differences on the status of second visit,using drug,recurrence and social function between the study group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: Nursing intervetion helps patients in second visit on time,ensuring enough curative duration and enough drug dose and prevention of recurrence.It plays significant role in improving the social function.更多还原
