【摘要】 目的:探讨探视对慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效及意义。方法:将60例慢性精神分裂症患者采用对照研究,历时12周,用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS),简明精神病评定量表(BPRS),阴性症状评定量表(SANS),日常生活能力量表(ADL),自制药物依从性量表及复发率进行评估。结果:探视组治疗前后BPRS、SANS总分及综合分、ADL评分均有显著性差异,药物依从性及复发率无显著性差异,两组对照在BPRS、SANS、SANS(综合)、ADL均有显著性差异。结论:探视对慢性精神分裂症患者具有改善精神症状,尤其是阴性症状,提高患者的社会生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of the visitation in therapy of the chronic schizophrenia.Methods:60 chronic schizophrenia were divided into two teams-the visitation team and the contrast team.The visitation team was treated for twelve weeks.Use the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)、the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) 、Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) 、the Rate of recurrence 、the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) 、the Scale for self-complied Medication comliance to assess.Results: There were some remarkable disitinctions between the remedial front and the back of the visitation team,in the general scores of BPRS and SANS and ADL,in the integration of SANS(P≤0.05).There was no remarkable distinctions in the general scores of Medication compliance and the rate of recurrence(P>0.05).There were some remarkable distinctions between the visitation team and the contrast team,in the general scores of BPRS and SANS and ADL,in the integration of SANS(P≤0.05).Conclusions: The curative of the visitation redounds to ameliorate the chronic schizophrenics` symptom,especially to the negative symptom,and improve the life quality and the society ablity.更多还原
