【摘要】 目的:以利培酮为对照,探讨阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症疗效和不良反应。方法:将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的60例患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组进行治疗,分别在治疗0、2、4、8周末评定PANSS和TESS量表,在0、4、8周末检查心、脑电图和肝、肾功能。在0、8周末检查血催乳素和空腹血糖。结果:利培酮组锥体外系不良反应和内分泌改变的发生均明显高于阿立哌唑组。结论:阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症患者的疗效与利培酮相当,不良反应较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare efficacy and adverse effects of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of first episode Schizophrenia Methods:60 cases of Schizophrenia as per CCMD-3 criteria were enrolled and treated. Blood protraction and tasting blood glucose were tested at baseline and 8 weeks after treatment.Results: Both medicines had comparable efficacy. The incidences of extra-pyramidal symptoms and endocrine change in Risperidone group were significantly higher than those in Aripiprazole group.Conclusions: Aripiprazole is as effective as Risperidone for treating of first episode Schizophrenia with lower side effects.更多还原
