【摘要】 目的探讨Pilon骨折切开复位内固定(ORIF)治疗的临床疗效.方法对17例复杂型Pilon骨折按AO分型,C1型10例,C2型5例,C3型2例,采用急诊或延期ORIF的方法进行治疗.结果随访9~28个月(平均16.4个月),按Mazur评分法:优8例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率为82.3%(14/17),切口表浅感染和坏死各1例,1例踝内翻.结论根据骨折类型和软组织条件,采用急诊或延期ORIF,能有效地减少局部并发症,并获得较好的踝关节功能.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the clinical curative effect of Pilon fracture in operation reset intra-fixation.Methods Make a classification of 17 examples with complex Pilon fracture in AO,10 examples in C₁ type,5 examples in C₂ type,2 examples in C₃ type,using emergency call Pilon ORIF method to treat.Results 9～28 months follow-up survey（average（16.4） months）,taking Mazur marks method: 8 examples excellent,6 examples good,2 examples average,1 example bad,the rate of excellent and good is（82.3%）（（14/17））,superaficial infection and necrosis are 1 example respectively,1 example ankle turn to inner.Conclusion Using emergency call or delay ORIF method to treat according to fracture type and soft tissue is effective to reduce local complication and obtain better function of ankle.更多还原
