【摘要】 目的探讨人参水提物对阿霉素所致心脏损伤的保护作用.方法50只Wistar大鼠随机分3组:对照组(NS组,10只)、阿霉素组(ADR组,20只)、阿霉素+人参水提物组(ADR+G,20只).13 d后在光镜下观察心肌细胞病理形态学变化,检测心肌ATP含量.结果光镜下ADR+G组心肌损害程度较ADR组轻,ADR+G组心肌ATP含量明显高于ADR组(P<0.01).结论人参水提物对阿霉素所致大鼠心肌损伤有明显的保护作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects of water extracts from Ginseng on myocardium injury caused by adriamycin(ADR) in rats.Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,ADR group and ADR+G group.ATP in the sera and myocardium were detected and the histopathological study was performed under light microscope.Results The extent of the myocardial injury in ADM+G group was not as significant as that in the ADR group.ATP in the sera and myocardium in ADR+G group were significantly higher than that of ADR group((P<)(0.01)).Conclusion The water extracts from Ginseng has obvious protective effects on myocardial injury caused by ADR in rats.更多还原
