转基因水稻定性PCR检测体系的建立
Qualitative PCR Detection of Transgenic Rice
【摘要】 采用PCR技术检测CaMV35S启动子、NOS终止子、Bt基因,判断水稻样品中是否含转基因成分,建立了稳定快速的转基因水稻定性PCR检测体系。PCR检测的灵敏度达到0.1%,稳定性良好。结果表明:PCR技术检测外源基因是灵敏和准确的,可以广泛地应用到转基因作物及其加工产品的转基因成分检测中。此外,进一步讨论了转基因成分检测中存在的问题、转基因产品标识的必要性和目前转基因检测技术在检测中的问题。
【Abstract】 A reliable and simple polymerase chain reaction(PCR) method for detecting external CaMV 35S promoter,terminator region of Agrobacterium nopaline synthase gene(NOS) and Bt gene from genetically modified rice was established in this work.Results indicate that the detection limit is less than 0.1 %,and the PCR technique are delicate and accurate,and are applicable to detect transgenic components from transgenic crops and foods.Some problems about the detection technique and the necessity of marking transgenic products are discussed.
