栝蒌籽中多不饱和脂肪酸的提取与分离研究

【摘要】 研究超临界CO2萃取栝蒌子油的最佳工艺条件,通过气相色谱-质谱分析,发现栝蒌子油中多不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富。提取率由22%提高到41%,然后采用冷冻分离技术分离富集栝蒌子油中的多不饱和脂肪酸。多不饱和脂肪酸纯度可达到92%。

【Abstract】 Aiming to extract the oil of gualouzi by adopting supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology,through the analysis of GS-MS,it was found that the oil of gualouzi was rich in poly-unsaturated fatty acids.Enhancing the extraction rate from 22% to 41%,then the highly concentrated poly-unsaturated fatty acids were enriched by the cryoconcentration method.Results show the purity of the poly-unsaturated fatty acids is up to 92%.
