维生素E对溆浦鹅肥肝抗氧化性能和血液生化指标影响的研究

【摘要】 选用150只1日龄溆浦公雏鹅,采用相同日粮饲养至98日龄后,进行超饲养生产鹅肥肝试验。采用单因子梯度设计方法,各试验组(分别为对照组、试验2、3、4、5组)在玉米基础日粮中分别添加不同水平的维生素E(0、50、100、200、400 IU/kg),探讨不同的维生素E水平对超饲养溆浦鹅的生长性能、肥肝抗氧化性能和血液生理生化指标的影响。试验结果表明:(1)添加200 IU/kg维生素E,溆浦鹅体增重比对照组高11.52%(P<0.05)。(2)添加100~200IU/kg维生素E,可以显著提高溆浦鹅的肥肝重和肝体比,降低料肝比。(3)随着维生素E添加水平的升高,试验各组血清和肝脏中维生素E的沉积量呈递增趋势,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。(4)试验组肝脏中的T-AOC、GSH-Px和SOD均高于对照组,MDA均低于对照组;血清中的T-AOC均高于对照组,MDA均高于对照组。添加200 IU/kg维生素E时效果最好。(5)试验组HB、RBC、WBC均高于与对照组,淋巴细胞百分数均低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(6)维生素E对血清TP、ALB、GLB、G/A无影响,但可以显著降低ALT、AST含量。

【Abstract】 150 male China Xupu geese of about 1d age were selected as experimental animals.After 98d feeding, cultured trials with one-way grade design were conducted to determine the effects of dietary vitamin E on the growth per- formance,the antioxidation character of fatty liver and the blood biochemical indices of Xupu geese.The VE supplement dose for the test geese groups was 0 IU/kg,50 IU/kg,100 IU/kg,200 IU/kg,and 400IU/kg respectively.Results:(1) For weight gain,the effect of adding 200 IU/kg vitamin E is significantly higher than the control group,higher by 11.52 % (P<0.05).(2)Adding 100~200 IU/kg vitamin E significantly raises the liver weight and the weight ratio of liver/ body,and degrades the fodder/liver rate.(3)As the VE supplement is increased,the concentrations of serum VE and liv- er VE increase significantly(P<0.05).(4)The T-AOC,SOD,and GSH-Px in liver of the trial groups are signifi- cantly higher than the control and the MDA is lower than the control.The T-AOC in serum of the trial groups are signifi- cantly higher than the control,the MDA are lower than the control.Adding 200 IU/kg vitamin E exhibits the best effect. (5)The HB,WBC,RBC of the trial groups are higher than the control(P>0.05).The lymphocyte of the trial groups is lower than the control(P>0.05).(6)Vitamin E has no significant effects on serum TP,ALB,GLB,G/A,but significant- ly degrades the ALT and AST(P<0.05).
