【摘要】 采用硅胶柱层析和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法,以玉米象(Sitophilus zeamais Motsch.)和谷蠹(Rhizopertha dominicaFab.)成虫为试虫,对石菖蒲(Acorus gramineus)根茎提取物的有效杀虫活性成分进行了初步分析。结果表明:石菖蒲根茎提取物含有多种对玉米象和谷蠹具有生物活性的化合物,主要活性物质为β-细辛醚。未知化合物2可能为石菖蒲根茎内新发现的一种杀虫活性物质,但其分子结构、活性作用方式需要进一步予以研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Insecticidal ingredients from the Acorus gramineus rhizome extract were analyzed against Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky and Rhizopertha dominica(Fab) adults by using silica gel column-chromatographer(CC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results indicate that the rhizome of Acorus gramineus contains several compounds with certain bioactivity on the two pests,and the major active component is β-asarone.The unknown component 2 might be a new active ingredient in the Acorus gramineus rhizome,whereas the molecular structure and the mode of action of compound 2 need to be further identified and confirmed as well.更多还原
