【摘要】 目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与口周皮炎的临床关系并指导治疗。方法对152例口周皮炎患者进行Hp检测,合并Hp感染者分为两组治疗,观察Hp根治对口周皮炎的影响。结果口周皮炎患者的Hp感染率高达86.18%(131/152),同时进行抗Hp治疗者其显效率达89.39%,对照组仅为52.31%,两者差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Hp感染可能是口周皮炎发病的重要因素之一,对合并Hp阳性者同时给予抗Hp治疗能提高其疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and perioral dermatitis.Methods Hp was detected in 152 cases with perioral dermatitis,and then the Hp-positive patients were divided into two groups,the efficacy of Hp eradication therapy was studied.Results The Hp-positive rate was 86.18%(131/152)in patients with perioral dermatitis.The effective rate in the group combined anti-Hp triple chemotherapy was 89.39%,which was much better than that group with standard treatment(52.31%)(P<0.01).Conclusions Hp infection maybe one of important causes in perioral dermatitis.Eradication therapy in Hp-positive patients may be better for treatment and recovery.更多还原
