【摘要】 目的探讨补肾活血中药防治老年性血瘀证的机制。方法选用高龄Wistar大鼠,利用高脂饲料复制老年性血瘀证模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、中药大剂量组和小剂量组共4组。给药组灌服补肾活血中药,连续用药40d后,测定血脂及血管内皮细胞功能,观察主动脉内膜的病理形态学变化。结果补肾活血中药组可以有效降低胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、内皮素-1、血栓素B2水平,升高高密度脂蛋白、一氧化氮、6-酮-前列腺素F1α水平,与模型组比较差异显著(均P<0·05,均P<0·01)。组织形态学显示中药组主动脉内膜较完整,内皮细胞偶见不连贯,较模型组明显减轻,接近正常组。结论补肾活血中药通过调节模型大鼠血浆脂质代谢,改善血管内皮细胞分泌功能,延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生发展,可防治老年性血瘀证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mechanism of the herbs of invigorating kidney and promoting blood to treat and prevent the syndrome of blood stasis of old age. Methods The Wistar rats model of blood stasis of old age were divided into 4 groups randomly: normal, model, the herbs of invigorating kidney and promoting blood treatment group of high and low dosages. After 40 days, the blood fat and the function of vascular endothelial cell were determined. The pathomorphology of aortic tunica intima was observed. Results The herb of invigorating kidney and promoting blood obviously lowered the TC,TG, LDL, ET-1, TXB2, and heightened the HDL, NO, 6-keto-PGF1α, compared with those of model group, having statistical significance. The pathomorphology showed that aortic tunica intima and endothelial cells of the treatment group were more completed and integrated than those of model group, and were similar to those of normal ones. Conclusions Because the herbs of invigorating kidney and promoting blood could regulate the metabolism of lipid and improve the function of vascular endothelial cells, they may delay the genesis and development of arteriosclerosis. So the herbs have the function of treating and preventing the syndrome of blood stasis of old age.更多还原
