【摘要】 目的:观察加味逍遥散对心理应激性失眠患者精氨酸加压素(AVP)的影响。方法:选择诊断为心理应激性失眠患者60例,随机分为中药组、西药组、中西组和对照组各15例,分别给予加味逍遥散+舒乐安定安慰剂、舒乐安定+加味逍遥散安慰剂、加味逍遥散+舒乐安定、加味逍遥散安慰剂+舒乐安定安慰剂进行临床干预。并于治疗前后测定血AVP及血与尿皮质醇(CORT)、β-内腓肽(β-EP)。结果:完成6周观察的患者,中药组9例、西药组5例及对照组10例,其中中药组、西药组及对照组用药6周后与用药前比较血浆AVP含量均有下降趋势,中西组则显著降低(P<0.05);治疗前后血尿CORT及β-EP含量4组均未见明显变化。结论:加味逍遥散联合舒乐安定可能通过降低AVP水平而起到抗应激作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Jiawei Xiaoyao San on arginine vasopressin (AVP) in patients with psychological stress insomnia.Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted on 33 cases of psychological stress insomnia.They were assigned to the TCM group (treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao San),the Western medicine group (treated with Estazolam),the integrated medicine group (treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Estazolam) and the control group (treated with placebo of Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Estazolam).Serum levels of AVP as well as serum and urinary levels of cortisol (CORT),β-Endorphin (β-EP) were detected before and at the end of the 6th week of the treatment.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,trend towards lower level of AVP was observed in the TCM,Western medicine and control groups (P>0.05),but the serum AVP level was decreased significantly in the integrated medicine group (P<0.05).Serum and urinary levels of CORT and β-EP had no significant change.Conclusion:Jiawei Xiaoyao San combined with Estazolam exerts its anti-stress effect by reducing AVP levels.更多还原
