【摘要】 目的:探讨中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床效果。方法:232例玫瑰糖疹患者分为紫外线组120例和对照组112例,均口服抗组胺及维生素类药,外用尿素软膏及炉甘石洗剂,紫外线组加用中波紫外线治疗。结果:治疗10 d后,与对照组比较,紫外线组患者患处红斑鳞屑明显减少或消失,瘙痒明显减轻或消失所用的时间显著缩短(P<0.01);临床疗效比较,紫外线组痊愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(82.5%、99.2%与51.8%、8.9%,P<0.01)。结论:药物辅以中波紫外线照射治疗能显著缓解玫瑰糠疹患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical effectiveness of midwave ultraviolet in the treatment of Gibert’s Pityriasis.Methods:232 cases were divided into ultraviolet group(120 cases) and control group(112 cases).All patients took antihistamine and vitamin drugs and were subjected to external uses of urea ointment and calamine lotion.Results:Ten days after treatment,as compared with control group,in ultraviolet group erythema scales in affected area were significantly reduced or disappeared,and itching alleviated significantly or the time that itching disappeared shortened(P<0.01).The curative rate and total effective rate in ultraviolet group were significantly higher than in control group(82.5%,99.2% vs 51.8%,8.9%,respectively,P<0.01).Conclusion:Midwave ultraviolet combined with antihistamine and vitamin drugs can significantly relieve symptoms and improve curative effectiveness of patients with Gibert’s pityriasis.更多还原
