【摘要】 目的:观测家猪上、下腔静脉心肌袖结构及特点,为认识局灶性心房颤动积累比较解剖学资料。方法:解剖35例家猪心脏,充分显示上、下腔静脉心肌袖,观测其形态,厚度和长度。结果:家猪上、下腔静脉近心端的表面有肌纤维绕行,出现率为100%。上、下腔静脉心肌袖长度分别为(36.93±5.17)mm,(18.76±4.98)mm;心肌袖厚度分别为(1.93±0.69)mm,(1.02±0.35)mm。结论:上、下腔静脉心肌袖是家猪普遍存在的解剖结构,是连接左右心房的又一重要通路,可视为制作局灶性心房颤动理想的实验动物模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the features of myocardial sleeves of superior and inferior vena cave in pig hearts,and provide anatomic data for the therapy of focal atrial fibrillation.Methods: 35 pig,hearts were dissected to show the myocardial sleeves vena cave,and then its shape,thickness and length were measured.Results:For all hearts,myocardial sleeves winded the surface of the part closed to atrium of superior and inferior vena cave.The average length of myocardial sleeves in superior and inferior vena cave was 36.93 ±5.17 mm and 18.76±4.98 mm respectively,as well the average thickness 1.93±0.69 mm and 1.02±0.35 mm respectively.Conclusions: The myocardial sleeves of superior and inferior vena cave are ubiquitous structures in pig heart,which are important connective pathways between the left and right atrium.Pig is ideal animal to make the model of focal atrial fibrillation.更多还原
