【Abstract】 Reviews the one-century development of solar photovoltaic energy systems, mainly the different types of solar cells, and describes the current situation of the industry. In view of China’s "The Long-term Development Programming of Regenerative Energy" and "The Programming of Developing Regenerative Energy in the 11th Five-Year Plan", a conclusion is reasoned out that the solar photovaltaic enery industry has a flourishing prospect for long in China. The vacuum technology/equipment applied to each and every link of the industrial chains of both crystalline silicon cells and thin film solar cells is discussed, as well as the existing problems. It is pointed out that the industry will create a golden opportunity for marketing with an unexpected challenge to face in China, considering the vacuum technology innovation of relevant businesses and their operation performance at present.更多还原
