【摘要】 目的分析综合医院开放式心理病房患者基本情况及疗效,探讨精神心理疾病新的治疗和管理模式。方法对本院开放式心理病房设置以来收治的3 803例患者进行回顾性统计分析。结果患者的病种构成、基本情况、住院时间及疗效均与传统精神病院情况不同。结论综合医院开放式心理病房对精神心理疾病患者是一种有效的、值得进一步探索和发展的治疗与管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the basic situations and curative effect of psychotics treated in open psychotic ward in general hospital,and explore a new managing model with advanced treatment for psychosis patients.Methods 3 803 psychotics,treated in the open psychotic ward since it’s setting,were analyzed as a retrospective study.Results The data including the proportion of diseases,the basic information of the patients,the length of stay and the curative effect,were different from that in traditional psychiatric facilities.Conclusion The open psychotic wards setting in general hospital is an effective treating and managing model for psychotics.更多还原
