弘扬核心价值体系 构建科学基金文化
CONSTRUCTING SCIENCE FOUNDATION CULTURE IN SPREADING THE SOCIALIST CORE VALUE SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文分析了以社会主义核心价值体系为指导、加强科学基金文化建设的基本思路,探讨了科学基金文化在建设创新型国家的历史时期承担的重要使命,提出了研究和构建科学基金文化的政策建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the socialist core value system,we analyzed the basic idea on how to construct science foun dation culture,discussed the missions of science foundation culture for constructing innovation-oriented country, and proposed suggestions on the research and construction of science foundation culture.
