【Abstract】 The h-index was developed in 2005 by Jorge E.Hirsch,which is an innovative scientometric indica- tor.In this paper,the h-index’s definition,advantage,and applications on achievement evaluation of scientific researchers,scientific research organizations and scientific journals are introduced,and its limitations are com- mented.The authors suggest that suitably using the h-index in important scientific achievement evaluation.更多还原
