温度边界条件对微喷管性能的影响
Effect of temperature boundary conditions on micronozzle performance
【摘要】 采用滑移边界条件的连续介质模型对喷管的二维流场进行数值模拟,分析了不同进口温度及壁面换热条件对喷管性能的影响.研究结果表明随着进口温度的增加,推力、推力效率以及比冲效率减小,而比冲不断增大,喷管的最优扩张角也随进口温度升高稍微增大;在给定进口压力和温度下,绝热壁面的推力效率最小,壁面温度越低,推力效率越大.
【Abstract】 To study the effect of inlet temperature and wall heat conditions on micronozzle performance,the 2D flow inside the micronozzle was simulated by Navier-Stokes equation with a slip boundary condition.It was found that with the increase of inlet temperature,the thrust and its efficiency,specific impulse efficiency decrease.However specific impulse and optimal expansion angle of the micronozzle increase.When inlet pressure and temperature are fixed,thrust efficiency for the adiabatic wall is the smallest.The lower the wall temperature,the higher the thrust efficiency for fixed wall temperature boundary conditions.
