路43平3井钻井液技术
Drilling Fluid Technology for Well Lu43-Ping3.
【摘要】 路43平3井是位于冀中坳陷饶阳凹陷留西油田路43断块的一口双靶点水平井,完钻井深为4202 m,最大井斜为94.9°。该井沙河街组地层存在着异常高压和水敏性极强的岩层,易发生井壁坍塌,尤其是大斜度以及水平井段处于沙河街组的沙二和沙三段,易出现严重的复杂情况。因此采用了有机黑色正电胶/聚磺防塌防卡钻井液,现场应用结果表明,该钻井液具有良好的抑制能力、防塌能力和润滑防卡能力,井眼净化能力强,尤其是复合润滑技术的应用,有效缓解了托压问题,满足了路43平3井的钻井要求。
【Abstract】 Well Lu43-Ping3,a double targets horizontal well,is located in Lu43 fault in Block Liuxi in the middle of Hebei Province.This well was drilled to 4 202 m,having a maximum well angle of 94.9°.This well penetrated the Shahejie formation which has abnormal pressure and water sensitive shale formations. In the Shaer and Shasan membersof Shahejie formation which was penetrated by the well in deviated and horizontal section,downhole troubles were frequently encountered during drilling.In field operation,an MMH/polymer drilling fluid treated with sulfonates was chosen to drill this formation.Application of the mud technology had proved successful.
