酶降解聚合物钻井液的研究
The Degradation of Polymer Drilling Fluids by Enzymes.
【摘要】 对于钻井液中聚合物造成的产层伤害和环境污染问题,可采用生物降解法进行处理。通过测定聚合物降解前后钻井液黏度、滤失量的变化,测试了纤维素酶、碱性蛋白酶和胰酶对聚合物钻井液的降解性能并进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,3种酶在降解聚合物的同时都不会引起钻井液滤失量的大幅度增加,其中纤维素酶对聚合物钻井液的降解效果最好,它的作用主要是使构成高分子骨架的键断裂,其最佳作用条件为:温度为30℃、pH值为7~8、加量为0.3%;纤维素酶能在短时间内清除泥饼,其解堵效果比HCl及H2O2好。
【Abstract】 Biodegradation method can be used in dealing with the formation damage and environmental pollu- tion caused by polymers used in drilling fluids.Experiments were done on the degradation of polymers in the presence of three enzymes:cellulase,basic protease and pancreatin.It was shown that the three en- zymes did not cause a great increase in filter loss of the mud used.Among the three enzymes the cellulase had the best degradation capacity,and the optimum conditions for the degradation to occur are:30℃,pH 7-8,and at a concentration of 0.3%.Cellulase can remove mud cakes in a short period,better than HCl and H2O2.Polymer degradation at the presence of cellulase is mainly the breakdown of the backbone of the polymer molecules.
