含二氧化碳地层钻井液的复合缓蚀剂研究

【摘要】 针对钻具在含二氧化碳地层的腐蚀特征,优选出了4种缓蚀剂作为复配组分,用正交实验法配制出了一种新的高效的复配缓蚀剂。该复合缓蚀剂抑制钻井液中二氧化碳、氧气、硫化物对钻具的腐蚀效果明显,在100℃以下缓蚀率大于80%,能用于3000 m的深井;组分之间协同效应良好,而且与钻井液的配伍性能好。

【Abstract】 Analyses and screening of corrosion inhibitors for the prevention of corrosion by carbon dioxide to drill pipes gave birth to 4 components,which were formulated into a new high performance corrosion in- hibitor using orthogonal experiment method.This compound corrosion inhibitor can be used to control the corrosion to the drill pipes from CO2,O2,and sulfides.Inhibitive efficiency of this corrosion inhibitor be- low 100℃was greater than 80%,while above 100℃it is 75%.It can be used in wells with depth of 3000m.This corrosion inhibitor has a good compatibility with drilling fluids.
