【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜下盆腔淋巴切除术加广泛子宫切除术治疗子宫恶性肿瘤的可行性及价值。方法对11例子宫颈癌患者和3例子宫内膜癌患者进行腹腔镜下盆腔淋巴切除术加广泛子宫切除术,分析其手术时间、术中出血量、切除淋巴结数目、术后恢复情况及手术并发症。结果14例患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术,手术时间(268.5±23.3)min,术中出血量(185.0±24.6)ml,淋巴结切除数目(27.5±4.6)个。术后尿潴留2例,输尿管阴道瘘1例。14例患者均在术后随访中,未发现复发。结论腹腔镜下盆腔淋巴切除术加广泛子宫切除术治疗早期子宫恶性肿瘤安全、可行,有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in treatment of malignant uterine tumor. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 11 cases of cervical carcinoma and 3 cases of endometrial carcinoma, who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadanectomy. Results All operations were successfully performed with laparoscopy. The time duration of operation was(268.5±23.3 )min, blood loss during operations was (185.0±24.6 )ml, the amount of the dissected lymph nodes was (27.5±4.6) , the postoperative complication included 2 cases of urine retention and 1 case of ureterostoma. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy for malignant uterine tumor is safe, feasible and of clinical value.更多还原
