基于ANSYS的丝锥淬火冷却过程计算机模拟
Computer Simulation of Screw Tap During Its Quenching Process Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 以现有的丝锥淬火工艺规程为依据,使用ANSYS软件对丝锥淬火冷却过程进行了模拟,得出了温度场以及应力场的等值线分布图,为正确预测刀具温度场、应力场,解决高硬度刀具温度场难于在线测量问题提供了比较可行、可靠而且简便的办法。该方法对于同类型刀具具有普遍意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the existing tap quenching process,simulated to screw tap during its quenching process using ANSYS software,reached the temperature and strain constant value line distribution picture,provided comparatively feasible,reliable,simple and convenient way to correctly forecast the cutter temperature and stress fields,resolving the on-line measurement of the temperature fields of high hardness cutter. This method is widely applied to most similar kind of cutters.
