自动跟踪的冷弯型材数控飞锯设计
Design of Auto-track NC Flying-shear of Roll-forming
【摘要】 采用数字化的伺服控制系统作为冷弯型材定尺切断的控制方案,以PLC为控制核心,以交流伺服电动机和滚珠丝杠为传动装置。设计的数控飞锯可以自动跟踪冷弯型材,切断精度可达±1mm。具有良好的调控性能的数控飞锯,可以改善生产工艺,提高加工精度,为企业节省大量的资金。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a NC flying -shear was designed, in which servo control system was used as controlling program of cut-length, PLC was used as controlling center, AC servomotor and ball screwwere used as transfer device. The roll -forming can be automatically tracked, and the cutting accuracy is ±1 mm. The well -controlled NC flying -shear will save much fund for the company with improved production technology and processing accuracy.
