模糊控制在X-Y工作台定位误差测量中的应用
Application of Fuzzy Control in the Measure of Positioning Error of X-Y Table
【摘要】 在原有PID控制的基础上引入模糊控制,在线调整PID的控制参数;并在X-Y工作台控制平台的VC++程序中利用Matlab引擎调用它的模糊控制工具箱实现在线模糊控制,提高工作台的定位精度。实验表明该方法可以实现在线模糊控制,且有响应速度快、超调小的优点。
【Abstract】 A fuzzy control is introduced on the basic of inherence PID control, so that PID parameters can be adjusted online; and in the VC++ program of X-Y table control platform, Matlab engine is used to transfer its fuzzy control toolbox to realize fuzzy control online, and improve the positioning accuracy. Experiment verifies the method can realize fuzzy control online, and has the virtue of rapid response and small overshoot.
