【Abstract】 The construction of specialization of teachers is called for keeping up with the reformation and development in education.The essay,based on the theory of specialization,brings forward the issue that gym teachers are to be specialized.It discusses some ways in order to quicken the pace of the specialization of gym teachers such as how to set up qualification system of the gym teachers,how to enhance the education criterion before their getting the post,and by making up the law to improve the continual education system.更多还原
